Fruit Tart Caprines

Raw goat milk year-round via herdshares. Their goats browse spring through fall and are fed grass and alfalfa hay during the winter months. The herd is blood-tested yearly for CAE, CL, and Johne's, with negative results. Registered and unregistered Nubians, Nigerian Dwarfs, and Mini-Nubian kids are often for sale.
