Armagh Creamery is a Certified Organic, Grade A retail raw dairy and creamery selling raw milk, cream-top yogurt, and soft-ripened cheese. They raise Jersey cows on green pastures, free of GMOs, pesticides, and antibiotics. Raw milk is sold exclusively through the Armagh Creamery Club subscription program and available for pickup at select locations in North/Central Texas. Cheese and yogurt are sold through the Creamery Club as well as various retailers throughout the state including Central Market, Sprouts, and Whole Foods.

Fiore di Capra is a grade A goat dairy and creamery. Raw goat milk products include milk, kefir, yogurt, artisanal fresh and aged cheese, cajeta (traditional sweet milk pouring sauce, also known as dulce de leche), caramels, ice cream, and cheesecakes. Handmade soaps and lotions also available. Licensed Grade A and inspected by the State of Arizona since 2006. No pesticides or hormones used. Antibiotics used only in extremis (to save the life of the animal) and that milk is not used for production. Products available on Sundays from 8 am to noon at the St. Phillip's Plaza Farmers Market (4280 N. Campbell Ave.) in Tucson. Most products sold online at their website, and available for shipping throughout the country. Facebook: Richardson Farms. The Richardson family has been involved in farming for several generations. They are conservation minded in their farming efforts, and use no hormones or antibiotics used. All crops raised to feed livestock are non-GMO and pesticide-free. The dairy herd (20 cows) consists of Jerseys and a few Holsteins that are all A2/A2 protein producers. The dairy holds a Grade A Permit. They have a facility which houses a four-stall milking parlor, a milk plant for low-temperature pasteurization and a Country Store (open most days but call to make sure) featuring their complete line of beef, pork and poultry items. Their milk is featured at the farmers markets in Austin, Georgetown, and Houston. They have a Raw Milk for Retail Permit which allows the customer to pick up raw milk at the dairy.
